DISA360 and Our New Email Addresses


Dear Valued Client,

 We recently informed you that we are rebranding AWSI to DISA Global Solutions. This November, we will be making two changes to better align the customer experience with our new name.

 First, we will officially rebrand the AWSI platform to DISA360. AWSI has always referred to our platform as “the AWSI platform,” but as we join the One DISA Ecosystem of service solutions, it is time to give our platform a name that it deserves. After much thought, we selected DISA360 because we service every angle of your employee screening and transportation compliance needs. I do want to remind you we are only renaming the platform and are not changing platform functionality.

 Second, we’re migrating our email addresses from our current @awsi.com email addresses to use @disa.com email addresses. In the next few weeks, you’ll receive emails from our new @disa.com email addresses when you communicate with our team.

Our new emails will follow this format:
Firstname.Lastname@disa.com


Through the end of December, we’ll be forwarding our old @awsi.com emails to our new addresses. If you email them by accident, you’ll also receive an automatically generated reply requesting you use our new email addresses.

Additionally, DISA wants to ensure we’re keeping your data safe and secure. We’re taking this opportunity to bolster security around our email communications. Moving forward, when you receive an email that contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII), it will be automatically encrypted and require you to log in before viewing it. The system, managed by Proofpoint, is new, and any previous encryption accounts with AWSI will be replaced by it. The first time you use the Proofpoint system, you’ll need to create an account, and you’ll log in for any encrypted emails in the future.
